This proposal authorizes the integration of a Pyth-backed, Chainlink-compatible aggregator for BOLD/USD on Optimism. This oracle will be used as part of the StabilityPool config.

The BOLD Pyth feed being referenced is already being used as part of the oracle for the MOO-VELO-BOLD-LUSD
